Our Team

Natalie Lee, our team leader, is leading LA FIRST to the forefront of accounting and tax service providers by directing the company’s strategic planning, including its initiatives in China. Previous to LA FIRST, Natalie was consulting with small businesses and wealthy individuals in the greater LA Basin area on tax, financial and related matters.  Natalie earned a Master Degree in Education in the USA, and later earned the title as Enrolled Agent to practice before the IRS. She is our audit practice team leader, overseeing a handful of privately-held businesses whose special needs include compliance with Section 404 and internal controls in varied industries.

Kitty Twu is a CPA with more than 30 years of work experiences

Paul Chew is also a CPA with over 20 years of experience in the auditing, accounting and tax arenas, including a four-year stint with an international public firm in his early career.  Paul supervises the accounting and corporate tax section, focusing on the needs of small businesses.

Steve Wu is a Financial Planning Specialist (FPS) with years of experiences as a business owner.  He is a qualified financial planner, licensed (Series 6) in this country to offer advice on mutual funds and insurance products.  He is currently working on a stockbroker’s license (Series 7).  Despite his hectic schedule, Steve is working towards a Bachelor degree in E-business.
